HMV LP
Elvis' first LP in the UK.
CLP 1093
1st pressing and 1st sleeve.
I have had the pleasure of owning only 3 of these but this is the best one sleevewise.
Sleeve has had repairs but still decent overall.
Has been ripped and repaired (although not brilliantly). Please see pics for more info.
At least it's in one piece and with a bit of care could probably be made to look a lot better.
Laminate looks all there too.
Vinyl plays ok with some crackle in places, a good clean would probably make it sound great.
Small skip on Side 1 (I'm counting on you).
Tiny one on I'm gonna sit right down too.
Another couple on Tryin' to get to you.
I'm sure some clever person (or machine) can fix them well enough.
Apart from that, it sounded pretty decent while I was playing it, I must say.
Plays better than it looks in the pictures!
Side 2 sounds better than Side 1.
You will not be disappointed!
PLUS a Loving you 10" LP thrown in.
