Description

Here's the Holy Grail of Elvis 45s - it's the GOLD writing Purple Label of "Heartbreak Hotel"!!

This one's worth up to £200 in the new Record Collector Price Guide book......

It comes with an ORIGINAL HMV cover as well....

It plays very well on my 1960's Fidelity record player with NO skips or jumps and good, strong sound.

As for the condition?

Well....side A - label is clean, no writing. The vinyl has light marks but nothing serious.

Side B - label has name ( in pencil ) under spindle hole, only noticable when tilted in the light. Vinyl has light marks but nothing serious.

So...not "Mint", then, but still a very desirable record....I'd say it's an EX or EX- ( would have graded it an EX+ if it wasn't for the name on the label, but I'm no expert!! )

Will be sent via 1st class recorded or Special delivery if price goes very high....

As this one's worth so much, I'm putting a ( reasonable? ) high start price on it.
