The record itself (47-9998) is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition with a few visible marks /scratches.

The labels have are marked with the words " NOT FOR SALE" and have NO WRITING(see photos)

This comes with an ORIGINAL generic RCA Victor sleeve.
