I purchased this record new. It has been stored ever since in a climate controlled smoke free environment.  Condition : I am not using the "Mint-NM-VG-G" grading scale because the descriptions are nebulous. Please base your decision on an item's condition using the provided pics / scans, the following information and your best judgement. Record : Played. Sleeve : No stickers or tape. 1/2" split on bottom edge. Cover soiling. Item is sold AS-IS, no refunds or exchanges! Please bid accordingly! Payment : Please do not pay for this item until I send you an invoice. Often, the initial shipping price that eBay sends is inaccurate, so to avoid paying extra costs, please wait until I have calculated the S&H&I shipping price. Shipping : Any shipping costs provided in the seller's listing are estimates only. Usually, but not always, depending on the weight of an item, I ship USPS Priority (< 5lbs) or Fedex (> 5lbs.) All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Handling : I include handling charges for the container (with packing material) in which the item is shipped. Handling charges are included in the buyer's invoice and are the buyer's responsibility. Insurance : I include insurance charges of $1 per $100 of an item's value. Therefore, if the buyer sends me an e-mail requesting "reconciliation"  I will send the buyer a scan of the S&H&I receipt(s) and a rebate (via Paypal) if the buyer has overpaid for S&H&I.  BUT if the buyer has been undercharged for S&H&I, the buyer agrees to pay (via Paypal) the difference between the S&H&I charges in the original invoice & the actual S&H&I cost.
