Description
Here is a fantastic copy of Elvis Presley's "King Creole" released in 1958 as RCA Victor LPM-1884. This album is a very early 1958 release with the dead wax stamped J2PP-4183-3S A1 on side 1 and J2PP-4184-3S A1 on side 2. The cover has the blue RCA Victor logo in the upper right corner and does not contain a song listing. The deep groove label has His Master's Voice and "New Orthophonic" High Fidelity under Nipper at the top of the label and Long 33 1/3 Play at the bottom.
The vinyl is in Excellent/NM- condition with only a couple of slight scuffs and scratches. It has bright and shiny high gloss throughout and is very close to Near Mint. A tiny bit of spindle wear, but nothing excessive and no other markings at all on the labels.
The cover has a worn spot (see photos 11 and 12 for close up) but otherwise is in Excellent condition with only very slight wear and no markings at all. No splits or tears and the spine is excellent. The original inner sleeve is in excellent condition with no bends or creases and only a 1-inch split at the bottom center keeping it from being NM. The vinyl will ship in a Sleeve City Diskeeper Antistatic sleeve.
The photo is in NM condition with no creases, bends, tears or any other damage. It looks like it was never out of the album cover until I found it.
