Description
Hi there it’s the headhunter.
Elvis Presley LP ( Special Palm Sunday album ). USA Pressing.
This record is an original pressing not a bootleg. Only 300 of these were made and given out to radio stations around the USA. Pressed in 1967 I believe. You can tell the original from the bootleg quite easily. First of all the label groove on the bootleg runs through the RCA Victor logo, this one you can see does not. The other difference is the boldness of the lettering font. The bootleg has a heavier font than the original. As you can see on this one the font is much lighter and thinner. THIS RECORD IS SUPER RARE ( The bootleg turns up often ).
This record only came in a thick white card sleeve, no seam splits but a bit grubby on one side.
The labels are in top shape, nice clear text. No scribbles on them. Most radio station demos / promos get written on.
The disc is in EX + condition. One or two light surface marks, nothing that you can feel with your fingernails. Nice glossy shine to the record surface. The image that shows a line across the grooves is a light scuff, not a scratch. You can’t feel this.
This record will be sent special delivery and insured. Well packed ( Bomb proof ).
