The LP is titled 'Elvis Presley - Live Radio Broadcast'.   (also known as 'Elvis Presley - Live In Las Vegas 1970')
The cover only states "Best of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 1970" and does not provide info on the recording on this LP but I found out it is a recording of the Opening show of 26 January 1970 in the Las Vegas International Hotel, though for some reason the producers of this LP omitted the last track of the concert , Can't Help Falling In Love, from this album ?!
This is a mono soundboard recording. 
The copy I am selling is unopened, still sealed in the original shrink wrapping.
