Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1966 single Love Letters / Come What May released in the USA.
The record itself (47-8870)is in EXCELLENT- condition and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.
There are a few visible marks / scratches (nothing too deep though)
The labels are CRISP, CLEAN and have NO WRITING!!(see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $30-35 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+)for the sleeve alone.
This is the 1st issue sleeve advetizing "Coming Soon" Original Soundtrack LP. Paradise,Hawaiian Style (rather than 2nd issue "Ask For")
There are NO SPLITS,RIPS, TEARS or WRITING!(see photos)
The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some ringwear/creases and age discolouration and wear to the top opener(see photos)
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $45(£30 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £32.
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
I offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases (please request total combined invoice through checkout when through bidding)
Please look at my other auctions for some more great Elvis USA picture sleeve lots.
