Description
This is an auction for an original copy of the 1957 Elvis Presley HMV EXPORT Single Love Me Tender / Anyway You Want Me manafactured in the U.K.
The record itself (HMV 45 JO 465) is ONLY in VERY GOOD condition.
There are quite a few visible marks/scratches.
Both sides play through with NO SKIPS or JUMPS( there is however surface /background noise and pops on both sides.)
The PURPLE and GOLD labels have are reasonably bright, however there is a small numbered sticker taped on with some label damage on the Love Me Tender side but NO WRITING (see photos)
The matrix numbers stamped in the trail off are G2-WW-4767-IN and G2-WW-5937-IN
This comes in an ORIGINAL generic HMV sleeve.
The centre has been removed (like most EXPORT issues ) to make it suitable for a jukebox.(see photos)
THIS WILL SERVE AS AN AFFORDABLE COLLECTION FILLER UNTIL THAT MINT £300+ COPY COMES ALONG!!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
Please look at my other auctions for some more great Elvis USA picture sleeve lots.
I offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases!
