Description
Original blue vinyl LP ELVIS PRESLEY "Moody Blue" AFL1-2428. I picked this up awhile back at a yard sale with a box of several other Elvis records from a former retired RCA employee who loved Elvis. I noticed this album has what appears to be Elvis' autograph, but I have no way of verifying it is authentic, although it does look very much like other autographs I have compared online. Because of this, it is being sold as-is, but I hope for the winning bidder it can be verified as authentic from a professional who knows their stuff as this would likely increase the value of the record. I listed this item back in October 2007, and it generated a lot of bids, but unfortunately the top bidder decided not to pay because he thought he wasn't going to really win it, although he had promised payment several weeks before this confession. Disappointing, but nonetheless, it is being offered here again.
The cover is VG+ with some light ring wear and minor edge wear. No seam splits or other noticeable wear. Has the original printed inner sleeve listing other Elvis LPs. The blue vinyl LP is VG with some light surface scuffing and a few tiny blemishes, but it can be easily replaced by the winner as it is a pretty common LP. Overall, a nice potential collectible!
