Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the MEGA RARE1956 EP release of ELVIS PRESLEY - Strictly Elvis released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA 994 WITH NO DOG) is in VERY GOOD+ condition with some visible marks/scratches and retains some of it's natural sheen.(see photos)
The centre labels have NO WRITING but do have a small numbered sticker on one side(see photos)
THIS IS QUITE A HARD ONE TO FIND AND WHEN IT DOES NORMALLY SELLS IN EXCESS OF £100
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2016 as $65 in the condition it is in now (which I would say is EXCELLENT) for the sleeve alone!!!
THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE BEST CONDITIONED SLEEVE OF THIS RELEASE I HAVE SOLD IN YEARS!!! (see photos)
There are NO SPLITS, RIPS , TEARS or WRITING.( see photos)
The colours are nice and bright , sleeve flat with only some light ringwear on the front
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $215(£180+ approx)
I don't have a current price guide but I would say at least £185.
I WILL START THIS AT UNDER A THIRD OF THAT!!!!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
Please look at my other auctions for some more great Elvis USA picture sleeve lots.
I offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases! (Please request total invoice when through bidding)
APOLOGIES FOR POSTAGE PRICE INCREASES BUT THIS IS DUE TO ROYAL MAIL RAISING COSTS AND EBAY AND PAYPAL TAKING 10% OF THE POSTAGE COSTS
