Description

Elvis Presley RARE ORIGINAL 7" SUN  Label 45 rpm record from 1955. This is Sun Records #217 Baby Let's Play House / I'm Left You're Right She's Gone.Sun Records was Elvis's original recording label."A" side is hand etched in dead wax and numbered u-143 x 45-2 followed by the number 72 @ 1/2" after that."B" side shows u-142-45 followed by the number 72 @ 1/2" after that.No other numbers or triangles.This original pressing has 3 distinctive "push"marks on both sides. There are no visible cracks,chips,skips,or warping.The vinyl has light surface scratches but does not affect the playing. (Remember this was recorded in 1955,the sound quality is appropriate).The label is in good condition but has a small place where tape was with the name of the owner.This has been stored in a closet since 1969 without being played but once  on 12/15/2008 to check for skips and scratches. If you are a true Elvis fan this is a must have piece of history.
