Description

This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1956 EP release of ELVIS PRESLEY - Elvis Volume 2 released in the USA.

The record itself (EPA 993 dog on top)is in VERY GOOD/ VERY GOOD+ condition with some visible marks/scratches and retains some of it's natural sheen.(see photos)

The centre labels have NO WRITING (see photos)

This is the RARER issue WITH Horizontal Line.

The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $40 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD) for the sleeve alone!!!

This sleeve is 60 years old and is in reasonable condition for the age.

There are No Major Flaws, however there are a few that stop this from grading higher (see photos)

The only thing that stops this grading higher is creases/scuff marks, age discolouration and partial seam splits on the top and bottom(see photos)

On the plus side the sleeve has NO WRITING!!

That all said, This is a really affordable collection filler until that MINT £95+ copy comes along.

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $60(£39+approx) .

I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £40.

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
