ELVIS PRESLEY - “POT LUCK” (LPM-2523), A FIRST PRESSING WITH THE EARLIEST COVER DESIGN FROM 1962           RECORD: VG+ with clean, glossy surfaces! there are just some very light scuffs & scratches seen under a bright light. I test-played this Hollywood pressing and outside of some light surface noise, the record played great with strong vocals and instrumentation. There were definitely no skips or repeats experienced! The labels are very clean and attractive, with just a few light spindle marks noticed. This album was one of just a few non-soundtrack releases during Elvis' 1960's career and was released in June of 1962. The matrix numbers on this record end with 4S/4S.       COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes present. This is the very first cover design for this release. It bears no record catalog number on the back, to the upper right corner as on most copies encountered (please see all photos). The vast majority of these covers will show "POT LUCK  Elvis Presley  LPM/LSP-2523" in that area. Some minor wear along the spine as well as the upper & lower edges is noticed, although the spine remains fully legible.           INNER SLEEVE: The original Gray "RCA Victor" sleeve from the era.
