Description
This is an auction for an Original copy of the HARD TO FIND 1959 EP release of Peace In The Valley by ELVIS PRESLEY released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA-5121 dog on top ) is in EXCELLENT- condition with some visible marks/scratches (nothing too deep or drastic though ) retaining a lot of it's natural sheen.
The centre labels are quite bright, however have some initials on both sides (see photos)
this also has the additional bonus of being a 1st pressing as indicated by the 1s in the trail off.
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is 57 years old, is much sought after and is in VERY GOOD+ / VERY GOOD condition.
There are a few things that stop this from grading higher such as partial seam splits, initials on the front , ringwear/discolouration and some pin holes/creases in the top left corner
Overall 2 years ago this was still valued at $50+(£35) so i would guess this books near £36.
I will start this under half of that!
This is a really affordable collection filler until that MINT £55+ copy comes along.
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
