A very interesting rarity for all Elvis Presley lovers, fans and collectors.
RARE original RCA Elvis LP Record that was released, made and distributed in Chile in 1972 by RCA S.A. Electrónica De Grabaciones Maestras De RCA Records TM(S) (RCA Chile), catalogue number LSP-4776 ,on a White RCA Label.
“ELVIS AS RECORDED AT MADISON SQUARE GARDEN” was originally released in 1972 and in that same year this album was released in Chile, The Chile version got it with an UNIQUE COVER, made of a single piece of thin cardboard folded(see pics) in the middle, like a gatefold cover with two sheets of paper attached to the cardboard (partially glued in the mouth edge) . In Chile the front cover keeps strictly the original US artwork with the only difference in Chile the RCA Victor logo and catalogue number placed at top left corner is in green, with the album title written in English. the Back cover is different, the album title is written in Spanish only (with a different translation, “ELVIS At The Madison Square Garden – New York”), with tracklist written in Spanish, translated to English, with full credits for songwriters, and pictures of other 4 albums by Elvis Presley released in Chile. the labels of this album are in white with its own serial number, the title and tracklist are in Spanish only with no additional information, but it’s written in Spanish: “For songwriters and translations please read the back cover
In Very Good condition, all tracks play with no skips,a nice clean disc on both sides.
The cover is clean,a bit of small minor wear may be on the cover.
The Centre White RCA label on both sides is clean.
