Description
This is an auction for an original DEMO / PROMO copy of the 1969 Elvis release Rubberneckin / Don't Cry Daddy released in the USA.
The record itself (47-9768 yellow label) is in Excellent- condition retaining a lot of it's natural sheen.
There are some marks but nothing too deep or drastic.
The labels are clearly marked with the words " NOT FOR SALE " (see photos)
There is some writing on the labels on both sides.
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $25 in the condition it is in now (which i would say is EXCELLENT- ) for the sleeve alone.
There are NO SPLITS or WRITING!
The only thing that stops this from grading even higher is some light ringwear and a small tear to the top opener(see photos)
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $60(£46 approx) .
I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £48.
With a starting price at less than half that you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
Please look at my other auctions for some more great Elvis USA and Japanese picture sleeve lots.
I offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases!(Please request total invoice when through bidding)
APOLOGIES FOR POSTAL INCREASES BUT THIS IS DUE TO RAISING POSTAGE FEES FROM MARCH 2018
