Description
I have a small number of scarce/rare Rock n Roll 78s that after many years I have decided to sell. (So please do check out my other items currently listed including the ultra rare original Screaming Jay Hawkins version of "I put a spell on you")
I remember listening to these when I first acquired them and as I recall they played through really well however I no longer have the facility to play 78s.
The labels on this record are still very nice and there are some spindle lines. The actual surface of the record is still nice and shiny with some scuff marks and wispy lines though none of these appear deep.
This was Elvis's third 78 on the RCA label when he switched from HMV. The B-Side is Santa Claus Is Back In Town.
I have tried to be as open and accurate in my description of the record as possible but there is always a certain degree of subjectivity when describing an item. That said I believe this to be a truly wonderful example of this iconic record and one that I am sure the winning bidder will enjoy.
I want the buyer to be happy with the item so I offer a non-quibble returns policy. It seems fair to do this because I know that if I bought an item that I was not happy with I would want to send it back, so buy with confidence.
