Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1968 Gold Standard Series single Lawdy Miss Clawdy / Shake , Rattle And Roll released in the USA.
The record itself (447-0615 Mega Rare ORANGE Label ) is only visually in VERY GOOD / VERY GOOD- condition and retains some it's natural sheen.
There are numerous visible marks/scratches (nothing too deep).
The labels have some scuff marks / ringwear but NO WRITING!
Due to the rarity of this record I have played tested both sides through and they play through with some surface noise ( but may play better with a deep clean) and both sides play with NO SKIPS or JUMPS.
That all said , THIS REALLY IS QUITE A RARITY and A HARD ONE TO FIND!!
Overall 2 years ago this was still valued at $125+(£105) , so i guess it must now be at least £110.
I will start this at under a lot lower than that!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE, you will get a GREAT bargain.
PLEASE RMEMEMBER THE CONDITION AND OVERALL RARITY OF THIS ITEM AS IT WILL SERVE AS AN AFFORDABLE COLLECTION FILLER UNTIL THAT BETTER COPY COMES ALONG , BUT WHENEVER THAT MAY BE!!!!!!!
