Three VERY RARE Elvis Presley 45s on the early HMV label
HMV 7EG 8256 Good Rockin’ Tonight EP 1957 Purple and gold label
Side one: Blue Moon of Kentucky: Good Rockin’ Tonight
Side two: Milk Cow Blues: Just Because
Good Rockin’ Tonight plays well. Far from mint condition with some surface noise, but plays well and doesn’t interfere with the enjoyment. My personal rating would be Good++
I enjoyed “Just because” as it has an unmistakable Chet Atkins middle eight. Blue Moon of Kentucky is also reminiscent of Atkins too!
In mint condition it could be worth £200.00

Side two: Poor boy: we’re gonna move:
Plays well even though there are surface marks and signs of wear
The centre push out on side two has a name written on it “Bratchley” (You never know it just might get reunited with the original owner!
In mint condition it could be worth £150+

All these records come with plain white sleeves
In mint condition they add up to £700+ but in the Record Collector “Good” condition they are probably worth £200 to a dedicated Elvis collector
So as Christmas is coming I’ll be happy to start the bidding at just £10.00 for the three, with no reserve
