Description
This is an auction for an Original copy of the HARD TO FIND 1956 EP release ELVIS PRESLEY-Heartbreak Hotel released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA-821 dog on top) is in VERY GOOD / VERY GOOD+ condition with a few marks/scratches (nothing too deep or drastic though )
The centre labels are CRISP, CLEAN and have NO WRITING.
This is the RARE issue WITHOUT HORIZONTAL LINE !.
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $70-75 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+)for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is over 53 years old and is in nice condition for the age.
There are NO RIPS,TEARS and NO WRITING!!!!(see photos)
The only things that stop this from grading even higher is the start of small seam splits along the side and bottom(see photos)
This is a really affordable addition to fill any collection!.
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $85-90(£60 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £65.
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
