Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1964 EP release of ELVIS PRESLEY in Viva Las Vegas released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA 4382 dog on top)is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition with some visible marks/scratches (nothing deep or drastic though) and retains some of it's natural sheen.
The centre labels are CRISP, CLEAN and have NO WRITING!!!
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $40-45 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+ / VERY GOOD) for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is in reasonable condition for the age.
There is NO WRITING!
The only thing that stops this from grading higher is a complete seam split on the top and bottom (effectively making it a gatefold) some ringwear/scuff marks and corner wear( hence the lower starting price)
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $50(£40 approx) .
I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £42.
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
