Description

This is an extremely rare promotional double 7" EP given to customers who purchased the lower priced Elvis Presley Victrola record player in 1956. The higher priced player got you the entire first RCA Elvis album on three eps. The RCA Victor label is black with Nipper and a horizontal line running across in the middle. The tracks are:Blue Suede Shoes,I'm Counting On You, I Got A Woman,One Sided love Affair,I'm Gonna Sit Right Down And Cry,I'll Never Let You Go,Tutti Frutti, and Trying To Get To You.The cardboard gatefold cover and records are both in excellent shape. Many price guides list this at $2,000.00 and up. Me? I'm just trying to clear out a few items from my personal collection that I have in other formats, that's all. Good luck!

OK, due to the response on this item I went back to scrutinize the vinyl. There is a constant pop on "Blue Suede Shoes" for the first minute and then it's clean. There is some static in the first minute of "I'm Gonna Sit Right Down And Cry" and then it's clean as well. The worst offense here is in "I've Got A Woman" where my needle actually sticks and repeats on one syllable in the second verse. Sad but true. There it is. When I first posted this I thought I was being generous to a large degree, but now, considering the rarity of the item and how clean every thing else is,I think I'm still being fair.
