Description

 Elvis Presley on Sun# 209 from 1954 some great early Elvis.
I consider this to be some of his best music.
Condition is: Excellent with some very light scuff's from handling over the years, super nice label with no scratches.
Songs: That's All Right / Blue Moon of Kentucky
This record players great.


I play all of my records before grading. I find this to help with the grading proccess.

I have a fairly large collection of 78 rpm records from Jazz to Country

which I will be listing records from in the next few months.

NEW: APPARENTLY UNPLAYED/NO EVIDENCE OF WEAR

 

EXCELLENT: MINIMAL SURFACE NOISE.SLIGHT WEAR.

               NICE LUSTRE/SHINE TO PLAYING SURFACE

 

VERY GOOD:SOME LOSS OF LUSTRE,LIGHT GRAYNESS TO GROOVES.

              MORE NOTICEABLE SURFACE AND EXTRANEOUS NOISE

 

GOOD:CONSIDERABLE WEAR.OBVIOUS LOSS OF LUSTRE.NUMEROUS SURFACE MARKS. SURFACE NOISE BEGINS TO OVERWHELM THE MUSIC  WILL STILL PLAY THROUGH WITHOUT SKIPPING/STICKING

 

FAIR  /  POOR:LOWEST GRADES. GOUGES,DIGS -- DAMAGE WHICH CAUSES SKIPS, JUMPS,STICKING-- NOISE ALMOST COMPLETELY DROWNS OUT RECORDING  UNSALEABLE EXCEPT FOR THE RAREST OF RECORDINGS    "FRISBEE" STATUS

I pack all 78's between cardboard and bobble wrap in 12 X 12 X 5 boxes.

I have been doing it this way for several years with know problems with breakage.
