Description
This is an auction for an Original copy of the MEGA RARE And HARD TO FIND 1958 EP release CHRISTMAS WITH ELVIS released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA-4340 dog on side) is only in VERY GOOD- condition .
There are numerous marks/scratches and will only serve as a collection filler until that MINT $150 (£97) record comes along!
The centre labels are CLEAN and have NO WRITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!.(see photos)
The record alone is still valued at $50.
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $50 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is only FAIR )for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is over 51 years old and sadly has signs of age.(see photos)
There are seam splits at the top and bottom and tape/tape marks from where it has obviously been taped to ease the seam splits. There is also some writing on the rear.(see photos)
That all said this will serve as a collection filler until that Mint $350 (£200) copy comes along!!!!
THIS IS THE ONLY 2nd ORIGINAL COPY OF THIS I HAVE HAD TO SELL IN 7 YEARS ON EBAY!!!
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $100(£63 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £65+
PLEASE REMEMBER THE OVERALL CONDITION OF THE RECORD AND SLEEVE IF PLACING A BID!!!
With a LOW START and LOW RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
