This is the ultra-rare UK issue of the Export pressing and is, without doubt, one of the hardest of the early Presley 45s to track down in ANY condition! As you'll see from the photo this is guaranteed to be the ORIGINAL 1957 UK 1st pressing. Any fan of Elvis Presley, the Rock & Roll sound or 50s music in general, will simply have to have this in their collection!!!!
Grade (labels): The classic, smooth-edged purple labels are in STUNNING condition with no wear and clear vibrant GOLD print. There is, of course, NO unwanted handwriting and absolutely NO spindle marks!! You'll notice from the ink stamp that this item came from a music library, aside from which the labels are mint, mint, mint!!!
Grade (vinyl): Most of these singles had been played on a heavy stylus and so are usually found totally worn out, almost unplayable. However, this record is strictly graded at MINT minus and is genuinely believed to be UNPLAYED!!!! A couple of extremely feint surface blemishes and two of the lightest hairlines - through years of storage within an archive plastic inner - is the only thing keeping this item from factory freshness!
Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT Record Collector grading standards - it's simply not in my interest to do otherwise!!!! Brilliant!!!!
