Description
This is an auction for an Original copy of the HARD TO FIND 1959/65 EP release of Peace In The Valley by ELVIS PRESLEY released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA-5121 dog on left)( 1965 ) is in EXCELLENT- condition with a few marks/scratches (nothing too deep or drastic though ).
The centre labels are CRISP, CLEAN and have NO WRITING(see photos)
THIS REALLY IS A BEAUTY!!!!!!
The THICK GOLD STANDARD SERIES CARDBOARD picture sleeve (1959) is much sought and is in EXCELLENT-/VERY GOOD+ condition.
This sleeve is 50 years old and is in VERY GOOD+ condition for the age.
There are NO RIPS,TEARS or WRITING!.
The only thing that stops this from grading even higher is a seam split along the top,almost all the way, the start of a seam split at the bottom and some age discolouration/speckling (see photos)
THIS IS ONLY THE 2nd ORIGINAL COPY OF THIS I HAVE HAD TO SELL IN 6 YEARS ON EBAY!!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $60-65 (£44+) so i would guess this books near £50.
I will start this at half of that!
This is a really affordable collection filler until that MINT £70+ copy comes along.
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
