Description
Up for Bid is a nice Elvis Presley 78 RPM on Sun records
Label: Sun 209 Original issue from 1954.
Songs: That's All Right / Blue Moon of Kentucky
Dead Wax has U128 on That's All Right and U129 On Blue Moon Side.
Dead Wax also has #72 - ok on both sides. Not sure what that means.
Both sides play in very good plus condition. Minimal background noise
for 78's. Both sides have what look like tiny bubbles in the shellac.
Does not affect the play. The " That's Alright" side has a chip
out of the very outer edge. Totally outside the music itself. Again this does
not affect the play. The " Blue Moon of Kentucky" Side has visible
groove marks but plays through them with no problems and still sounds
clean and crisp. Visible spindle marks can be seen in the pictures at the
center hole. Sorry I do not have the original Sun paper sleeve. This will be
sent in a plain thick 78 rpm sleeve.

I have added a picture of the chip in the edge per a request from a bidder. Again this is not in the play area. The bubbles in the shellac are tiny and hard to take a picture of.
