Description
Two of two Elvis related box-sets currently listed, see my other items:
SPD-19 The Sound of Leadership box-set, one of 36 box-sets handed out
to RCA executives at a corporate meeting in 1956.
This listing has the Elvis record with 6 others (7 records), but is missing the
8th disk:
Side 8: Chattanoga Choo Choo (Glenn Miller) / Racing with the Moon (Vaughn Monroe)
Side 9: Prisoner of Love (Perry Como) / Ballerina (Vaughn Monroe)
The vinyl and labels are all VG+, with very faint ink writing on the Elvis
label, Just to the right of the dog logo. The box has several nicks, scrapes,
and scuffs, mainly on the corners and the gold-foil sides, but no tears
(see pics). The box has a good hinge connecting the top
and bottom. Also included is a 4 page "booklet" and the paper separators
used in lieu of standard 45 record sleeves; there are more of these generic
separators than shown, but there are only 3 variations for a total of 7,
all in VG+ condition .
There is a bit of rub-wear on the box bottom as well as top, which
has a rough spot , perhaps where a price tag was removed, just below the
dog's front paws, but nothing serious (see pics).
