Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1956 single Love Me Tender / Anyway You Want Me released in the U.K on HMV.
The record itself (HMV 45 POP 253) is quite a hard one to find and an ORIGINAL UK Elvis release!!!!.
THIS IS THE RARE ISSUE ON GOLD LETTERING!!!!!!The labels have NO WRITING but do suffer from some fading / dirt discolouration (see photos) The labels i would grade as EXCELLENT-
THIS IS AN ORIGINAL PIECE OF ROCK AND ROLL HISTORY!!!!!!
This comes in a GREAT H.M.V SLEEVE.( this i would sy is a repro sleeve)
There is obvious signs of play and quite a few scratches / marks (but nothing too deep or drastic) and the ORIGINAL 4 pronged centre is still intact!
I have play tested this through and there are NO SKIPS or JUMPS. There is some surface noise and a few pops but it plays better than the visual grade will suggest!
Overall i would only visually grade this as GOOD+
Whilst the record may not be in superb MINT condition, this auction is for a rare piece of Elvis History and will fill any collection until that MINT £100+ copy finally comes along!!!!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a BARGAIN!!!
