Emmy Strut  Self Titled 4 Song 12" EP Private pressing copyright 1985 Emmy Strut
Super Rare private press Metal from Chicago/Midwest  
VINYL=VG/VG+ Looks good with a nice shine/glossy with some very light scattered hairlines/paper scuffs when looked at under the light. NO deep scratches. Has some spindle wear . This is visually graded. 
COVER=VG Mainly due to edge wear and some creases at the edge opening. Top right corner has a couple of longer surface creases at the corner. There is a pretty noticeable stain on the top front (see pic) and a couple areas of off color age ware. The corners are a bit soft but no splits. This is still a good collectible copy given the quality of the vinyl and it's extreme rarity. These don't come up to often and prices will certainly rise. Better grab it now! 
I try and be as accurate as possible with my grading and have been known to under grade which is a nice surprise for the buyer. Please ask any questions and I will get back ASAP.
