Description
This is a fine copy from the 1992 reissue of the first volume in the English Freakbeat series, originally released in 1988. The series picks up where volume 6 of the Pebbles series, The Roots of Mod, left off, collecting rare 45 tracks by mid '60s British R&B/punk bands. The jacket is close to pristine (M-). The disc has a minor warp that causes a very light whoosh in the lead-in to track 1 of side 1, but otherwise is clean and plays with minimal surface noise (not counting noise from the comp’s source discs) (EX+).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded discs except where otherwise noted.
