For sale is this UK original vinyl 7" single double pack, in individual picture sleeves sealed in stickered shriinkwrapping, by Erasure. Entitled Erasure Sometimes/Oh L'Amour, the two B-sides are Sexuality and March On Down The Line. On the Mute label, the catalogue number is DMUTE 51 and the date of issue is 1986. This is the version with the die-cut black picture sleeve of Oh L'Amour (this double pack was also available with the full black picture sleeve).
Condition
The vinyl is Unplayed and still sealed in the original shrinkwrapping so is assumed to be Mint.
The picture covers are still sealed in the original shrinkwrapping. The shrinkwrapping has a few marks and a couple of edge splits in the middle of the top and one side but these are only partial and not nearly enough to remove the records. The original record company stickers are both still present, one on each side of the packaging. Both are slightly discoloured on one side but undamaged and have never been removed or picked at.
All vinyl records are strictly graded according to Record Collector magazine's grading system, the long established UK standard, with any specific flaws mentioned along with the grading. They are sent in custom-made mailers, with built-in or added stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits. Singles without a picture sleeve will either have a plain sleeve or a correct-era original (not repro) record company sleeve (stated above). Original record company sleeves may not be the exact sleeve issued with the single so may have a different catalogue number hand-written in the corner but they will be the correct design for the single. They may have a bit of wear, writing, stickers, sticker marks etc but will be in a generally good, useable condition without edge splits or sellotape.
