Description
Silver label with black text, deep groove, original. Recorded in 1963. 5 tracks with leader, Dolphy, bass clarinet, flute, alto sax; Richard Davis, bass; Clifford Jordan, soprano sax; Huey(Sonny) Simmons, alto sax; Prince Lasha, flute; Woody Shaw Jr. trumpet; Bobby Htcherson, vibes; Eddie Kahn, bass (on 1 track) J.C. Moses, drums.
Cover: VG+ to Mint(-) Intact and clean. Crease on 2 corners. A small amount of corner wear. Very small tear- off in the lamination only at the corner of the back cover. Overall, fine condition.
Record: VG++ to Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. 1 very light, barely visible rub mark. This mark does not effect the sound. Some very light groove noise toward the end of Track 3, Side 1,"Come Sunday". This appears only at intervals at the very end of the the track along with 1 or 2 light clicks. There are some small intervals that have similar light noise as described. These all seem to occur at the end of the tracks. This does not occur on all the tracks. Overall, the record has fine sound and is in fine condtion. Audibly checked.
