Description
For sale is Eric Matthews' It's Heavy In Here, originally released in 1995 by Sub Pop Records with an insert of lyrics and band members. I bought this new, played it once or twice and immediately put it away into storage until today. I always put my new records directly into a protective inner sleeve(s), thus preserving the integrity of the insert(s) and the original inner sleeve(s). Somehow over the years the album cover got damaged. One of the corners has a large crease that has caused stress cracks and color loss along the spine. There is also another small crease on the bottom, again causing color loss. I have graded this as VG because of this, which is very conservative. Some people would grade this as Excellent. I also have reduced the price. The insert is Near Mint. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint. It's been played only on Audiophile equipment and still has a lot of life yet. This album is so rare that I believe you will be hard pressed to find this record in any condition ever again. This would make a great addition to a anyone's collection. Thank You for looking. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
