Ernie Andrews 12" Acetate from Live Radio Broadcast; RARE Late 1940s R&B / Jazz
RARE, original 12" double-sided radio transcription disc
Reference recording: double-sided lacquer over aluminum or glass acetate. Probably one-of-a-kind

Unknown radio program with a live audience, probably mid-to-late 1940s. Two selections:
1) "How Good it Feels to Be Glad" (the studio version was released in 1946 as Aladdin 175)
2) "Hurry Home" (the studio version was released in 1947 as Aladdin 195)
Sound files are flat / no EQ, no noise reduction or other masking. What you hear is exactly what you get! You won't be disappointed!
Visually graded a glossy VG++ with scratches throughout; moderate palmitic acid was removed prior to dubbing
