Description

ESOTERIC MASTER SOUND WORKS "LIMITED EDITION"

The production quality of this vinyl record is strictly controlled by ESOTERIC without compromise.  A few "facts" about this special pressing: Digitally remastered using ESOTERIC equipment; Specially tuned direct lacquer cutting equipment; No equalizer, no limiter, and no filters used for this cutting process (thus by-passing two production stages typically used in vinyl production).   ESOTERIC Master Sound Works is a series of limited edition recordings (limited to 1000 copies) using the original master tapes.  The resulting 200g vinyl disc features unparalleled sound that is closer to the original performances than any previous format.

This 200 g vinyl pressing of the famous 1970 Performances Mozart Piano Concerto 20 K 466 and 27 K 595 performed by Sir Clifford Curzon, conducted by Benjamin Britten, performed with the English Chamber Orchestra.  First published and copyrighted in 1982 by the DECCA Record Company Limited, London ESLP-10001

This is the Vinyl LP version, NOT the SACD.  If you have heard the SACD, you will be amazed by the LP!
