Description

Elvis Presley: Good Rockin’ Tonight / I Don’t Care…   Sun 210 G+/ VG- to VG.  Side 1 plays strong BUT with much surface noise during the first chorus and verse (about 40 seconds); gets easier for the remainder of the side.  Also has #ol and tape residue as shown.  Side 2 plays strong with moderate to light surface noise throughout.  Both sides have average gloss (better on side 2) and scattered faint scratches.  The surface noise seems mostly related to the pressing itself; dead wax reflection is very slightly wavy.   

Overall, this copy is probably VG- but without the scuffs, heavy scratches, label damage and distortion often found with records in marginal condition.  The disc has a barely-noticeable dish but no warp, and both sides play through. 

NOTES: mx #s in the dead wax are U-131-45   72 and U-130-45   72; etched, not stamped.  Push marks are barely visible at the 1:30, 5:30 and 9:30 positions on the GRT side (U-131) but clearly visible at the 3:00, 7:00 and 11:00 positions on the flip side (U-130.)  This was listed two months ago but the highest bidder didn’t finish the deal.
