Argo 4018 by Etta James: Sings For Lovers. This copy is an original first press deep groove promo copy with light tan labels that say both revue copy and dj copy not for sale. The cover is strong and intact, with moderate rubwear on the front. The back is clean, with foxing around the edges. The top two corners are sharp and clean with tiny wear. The spine is clean and unmarked. The bottom corners are sharp, with about an inch of shelf wear at both ends of the bottom seam and some small chipping in the middle. The deep groove labels are clean and unmarked,. with the exception of 2 to 3 small spindle marks on one side. The vinyl is glossy like new, no scuffs or scratches, but does have some faint, tilt in the light to see, shadow marks. This was cleaned by hand, and looks sparkling and bright, but would probably benefit from machine cleaning. Grade cover VG+.
