Description
This is part of a "Leftovers" auction I'm doing. I just didn't have time to list these when I did their label-specific auction. There are 10-20 records each from Atlantic, Excello, Checker and Chess. Some absolutely killer stuff there that I can't believe I didn't get to the first time around.

Release: Lightnin' Slim - Hoo Doo Blues / It's Mighty Crazy
Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1956
Notes: Original release with the orange labels. Both of these are tracks that appeared on the classic Rooster Blues album. A-side is a take on Chicago blues, but the b-side is an interesting Texas/LA mash-up with some unusual percussion and harmonica work.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape, there is one area of light surface scuffing, but other than that there's really no wear at all. Both sides play very well with no noticeable background noise. No pops/ticks/skips, etc. Labels are really clean as well, just a bit of light scuffing. This is a very nice copy overall.
Look for awesome Gospel auction coming in Mid-November then I'm off for the rest of the year. Still have some great stuff to sell and will be back at it in January.
