Today, I have a brand new, unplayed vinyl LP for the new white-hot soundtrack of Brad Pitt's "F1 - The Movie." This is "F1 - The Album" on clear vinyl...filled with thick black oil. It contains various new artists and is a totally awesome piece of collector's vinyl. They didn't make many of these due to the time and cost of putting them together. Usually, they are outrageously expensive but here's one that fits the budget a little better.
The cover is in EX condition. To me, if it's not sealed, it's not M. It is a matte finish and includes a credits page with a fold-open poster of Brad Pitt and Damson Idris. It also includes a cardboard inner sleeve for the record. While it is brand new, it did not come sealed due to the extra size and weight of the two clear records pressed to encapsulate the thick oil-like liquid. The record has never been played. It is in superb condition. Please note the pics of each corner. They are very sharp and untouched. Here's the stats that we all want to know:
- Front cover. No bends, folds, creases. However, this is a light indention on the top and a light indention on the bottom, back due to shipping. You really only see it in the light so it's not distracting. Back cover has very light shelfwear from shipping. Still EX to me.
- The inner sleeve has a light smudge that is the length of the "E" right below it. Came that way.
- The fold-open credits/poster has a bend in one corner and light handling, obviously by the packers. VG+
- The record is perfect. The pvc clear cover is a little creased on the top but these never seem to stay perfect. NM-

Please note that shipping is a little more than usual. I will make sure this has insurance up to the value since liquid records can be quite gentle.
