FACES, ‘THE FIRST STEP’ UK WARNER BROS. 1st ISSUE STEREO VINYL LP IN GATE-FOLD SLEEVE –Cat No, WS 3000.
The Faces were an English rock band formed in 1969 by members of the Small Faces after lead singer/guitarist Steve Marriott left that group to form Humble Pie. The remaining Small Faces—Ian McLagan (keyboards), Ronnie Lane (bass), and Kenney Jones (drums and percussion)—were joined by Ronnie Wood (guitar) and Rod Stewart (lead vocals), both from the Jeff Beck Group, and the new line-up was renamed the Faces.
A superb example of this first issue stereo LP from Faces, on the Warner Bros Record labels with Made in England label print.
The record labels are in Near Mint condition, beautiful, bright, clean record labels with just a few play signs to the centre of each label.
Side 1 matrix’s are, K-46053-A2 and Side 2, K-46053-B2.
Both sides of this vinyl LP are in stunningly beautiful Mint Minus condition, both sides look and sound as new.
Ther LP is housed in its original E.J. Day gate-fold sleeve which is in supeb Excellent Plus condition with just mild corner bumps.
