super high gloss surfaces - rare UK original 1st press

The LP has been played very little in the near 40 years I have owned it from new!! *It would probably grade as a near MINT copy except for about 10 seconds of crackly surface noise on track 1 side two ("Emily") caused by some small minor pressing marks about one minute into the song (this might be eradicated with a pro clean?)*The rest of LP is virtually unmarked with only a few of the lightest insignificant hairline traces from the inner sleeve - a lovely original first UK pressing - PLAYS EXCELLENTLY THROUGHOUT (see above note) - original and correct poly-lined Vertigo spiral inner bag - this inner is a lovely example with jet-black print over a clean and creamy white background and is in superb excellent condition

both labels are near perfect - bright,sharp and clean

absolute top examples with one or two barely visible spindle lines

cover is in EXCELLENT condition

Fabulously haunting fragile and heavy 'linen' textured matt finish sleeve,with typically imaginative design work and photography by Keef - this copy is beautiful - with only minor light shelf wear rubbing on the top and bottom edges along with a couple of very light creases near the spine - there are NO tears, writing, stickers or stains - nothing serious to detract from the overall excellent condition of this superb gatefold cover - The inside of the gatefold contains printed song lyrics and features a mysterious shot of the group lurking among woodlands in thick fog - again courtesy of the illustrious Keef - a 1st press original in lovely shape!
