What we have here is another great folk rock masterpiece, rare 1st German pressing of legendary FC album on pink eye ISLAND label, housed in legendary cover with Sandy Denny's parents on front and the band in the garden. 

The 1st UK pressings of this legendary LP on pink eye and particulary pink black block label are mostly sought after, but they are also known for not the best sound quality resulting from pressing. German pressings on 1st pink eye ISLAND label are known for excellent sound quality and this example is a proof of superior german quality and sounds much much better so here you have RARE and GREAT sounding copy of this collectable record.

Record is housed in plain polylined inner sleve and then in original laminated picture sleeve, which strangely says printed and made by Ernest J. Day & Co. LTD, so might be it is UK printed, althoug it shows a german Cat. No. and also says in german on right top of back cover " auch MONO abspielbar". The cover is in EX+ condition and the record is in EX condition.

Unhalfbricking is the third album by the British folk rock band Fairport Convention and their second album released in 1969. It is seen as a transitional album in their history and marked a further musical move away from American influences towards more traditional English folk songs that had begun on their previous album, What We Did on Our Holidays and arguably reached its peak on the follow-up, Liege & Lief, released later the same year.
