Description
"Fall Out" b/w "Nothing Achieving" - The Police (feat. Henry Padovani on guitar, before the days of Andy Summers). Their first single release from 1977. Has IL001-A-1/B-1 & AIA inscribed in the run out grooves. In correct original black and white cover and push out centre, before it was reissued the same year
with a solid centre, and again in 1979 with different coloured sleeves and centres. The 'a' side plays perfectly until right at the end as the music stops you will hear a hiss. The 'b' side has some surface marks and faint lines, and one slight 'pop' noise otherwise it plays through absolutely fine. The third photo shows the minor creases and corner bends to the cover, but nothing major. So overall I would rate the vinyl as being ex- and the sleeve vg++. For those that couldn't afford the 'mint' one that was auctioned recently on here, this would make a nice runner-up.
