Description

On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Family called 'Family Entertainment' and is a 1969 UK 1st pressing on the 1st Press '3-Colour' Reprise label!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS 'FULL SIZE' POSTER & 'STICKERED' COVER!!!! THIS IS THE 1969 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS '3-COLOUR' REPRISE LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, 1ST PRESS 'FULL SIZE' POSTER, AND 1ST PRESS FLIPBACK LAMINATED 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' STICKERED COVER!!!! PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THIS LP DOES NOT EXIST IN MONO!!!! I WOULD LOVE TO BE PROVED WRONG - BUT I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN ONE OFFERED FOR SALE - AND I AM CERTAIN THEY DONT EXIST. HOWEVER THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE 100% COMPLETE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL Reprise UK 1st pressing from 1969 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is RSLP 6340 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Reprise label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING visual condition - with the playing grade only VERY slightly less!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 2 or 3 absolutely TINY and MEGA light surface marks (NON sounding and only visible under EXTREME light), and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the record plays almost as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! There is however some slight background noise on the run on grooves, gaps and VERY quietest parts of the music. HOWEVER as this LP is mostly VERY loud indeed the background sound is completely lost in all but the VERY quietest parts of the music and still sounds BRILLIANT!!!! The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear either and NO distortion!!!! The record must grade visually FULL Excellent if not better - with the playing grade slightly less than this. Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! THE MEGA RARE FULL SIZE POSTER IS IN STUNNING CONDITION AND HAS CLEARLY NEVER BEEN MOUNTED ON A WALL!!!! The 1st Press Laminated Flipback Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking), shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back (with 'Stereo Warning' sticker) is in BRILLIANT condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, NO rubbing, and NO yellowing!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND 100% COMPLETE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MASSIVELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!

HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!!
