FAMILY MUSIC IN A DOLL’S HOUSE

Issue : UK STEAMBOAT 1st RARE MONO PRESS       Label : REPRISE       Catalogue No : RLP 6312
Matrix : RLP 6312 A-3G / B-3G

This is the rare MONO A3/B3 1st press of ‘Music In A Doll’s House' by Neil Young. This earliest steamboat Mono Reprise press was only released in small quantities. It is complete with the original laminated flipback RLP Mono Garrod & Lofthouse ‘Patents pending’ sleeve.
The vinyl is in Very Good+ condition. There is a superb gloss, there are however a couple of small marks and a few hairlines on both sides. The label is exceptionally bright and the black text is sharp. There is just slight spindle wear.
The sound quality is Very Good. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is rich and vibrant. There are a couple of cllicks on the marks and a little occasional background noise but it still plays through well and can be enjoyed throughout.
The laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in Very Good condition. It is extremely clean, bright and very solid. The laminate has a sensational shine and the picture is sharp and unworn. There is a little corner and opening edge wear. The rear of the sleeve is bright and the flipbacks have a little light wear but are still complete. The earliest spine is firm with clear text.  568 (GS 6.7.3 (568))
