Description

FASTWAY-S/T 1983 COLUMBIA RECORDS LP BFC 38662 AUTOGRAPHED BY THE BAND INC. FAST EDDIE CLARKE IN A SOLID VG+ CONDITION. NICE VINYL!! One of the best debuts of the heavy metal years in this auction. Fast Eddie Clarke left Motorhead and started this 3 piece band hiring the then unknown David King(now the lead singer in the Irish band, Flogging Molly's) and grabbed everyone's immediate attention with this release. Songs such as Say What You Will, We Become One, Heft! & Easy Livin' all appear on this must own early 80's metal effort. All fans of the band or the genre need this one in their collection, it's an essential!!
The record is in an easy VG+ condition with just very light surface wear on each side(a couple of very light scuffs each side), nothing that hampers play at all, plays well throughout.  Now for the cover, it is autographed by the 3 members of the band and their touring bassist, Charlie McCracken(see picture 1). I did my best to highlight Fast Eddie's moniker so hopefully you can see it as the marker that was used is a silver Sharpie. I do not have a COA on this but when one makes comparison's you can tell that they are for real(I also purchased this record from an industry insider that I trust implicitly). There is also mild wear along the edges and minor rubs on the corners. The original lyric inner sleeve has 3 splits yet still hold the record. A fantastic buy for the ultra fan!!
$3 freight. US sales only!!
Thanks for stopping by my auction!!
