Description

Hello there, and thankyou for viewing my items!
Having had rather a lengthy hiatus, I'm back to sell more of my collection/ 2nd copies/ records I think might be of interest to others. In previous years I've sold very rare PROG, 60s, PUNK etc, ranging from cheap record right up to £1000 records, and have invariably got good feedback. However, having been away from selling for so long I realise I need to build up current positive feedback again, hence I'm listing many items at buy it now prices, please check out my current, and coming here at my other items! Or to get the heads up on my listings before others even add me to your favourites list!

Here's an extremely rare Demonstation Only One-Sided copy of FATS DOMINO'S 1958 UK single's A-side "Whole Lotta Loving". Commercially released in 1958 with "Coquette" on the B-side under the catalogue number HLP 8759 on the London Tri Centre style disc, this is an original one-sided demo copy, which has a solid centre, orange A-Side label (Blank Black B-side label), and the catalogue number MSV 3062. This was used to promote the single before it's original release in 1958, sent to DJs, promoters etc. It was produced in extremely limited numbers and is now very rare!

LABELS: VG+, very clean, no scuffs etc, though there is a slight discolouration (possibly where a sticker has been very neatly removed) just to the right of the word "Loving"in the title of the song. No rips, or label damage though. The only other detriment really is an identifying number written neatly at 3 o'clock stating "12  135", presumably an identifyer for a DJ or radio station mark. And the factory has stamped the catalogue number of the official release on the label near the 9 o'clock mark stating "HLP 8759" Barely any spindle trails. Really wonderful to see these preserved so well, with such vibrant colours, and on sucha title!
VINYL: VG+/EX-, has been played very carefully, with surface  hairlines, but absolutely nothing signifficant, just feather-light hairlines, and it plays realy clearly and really great! There is a slightly more significant mark on the non-playing B-side.
SLEEVE: G+, A nice example of the 1950 UK London company sleeve, without any nicks or tears on any of the central die-cut edges, or the top-opening mouth edges, no wear-throughs, and crisp colours throughout, however, on the back at the top there is a rather obvious sticker removal graze (see photos), and next to it there is a catalogue number written neatly. A lovely crisp and vibrant sleeve apart from that.
