52nd Street Theme Original BLUE NOTE TEN INCH Lp pressing, #5004, 
Blue & White Label, Double Sided Deep Groove, and with the Lexington Ave address, EAR stamped in the dead wax, no "RVG" but the "9M" is stamped there as well (or instead), no INC no "R" on label.
FLAT Lip Edge. Made in USA 1951   The vinyl looks very clean, no scratches or obvious play wear, side one plays with only a hint of static which is barely noticeable and it sounds just under near mint. Side 2 has more static at the beginning which slowly fades, but not entirely, it plays more like VG+.

 The cover has light ring wear on the back paste-on which is also yellowed with age, edgewear/nicking all around, no splits, writing on the back at the top corner in pencil, VG+ (see pictures).
